Annette Baron, PA, MBA, PHR is committed to closing the gap between recruiting, sourcing, selecting, and managing talent. She is a highly experienced and successful recruiter, human resources professional, business owner, consultant, trainer and educator.

At The Training Edge she partners with business for Talent Management success by aligning the three pillars of talent management (acquisition, development, and succession planning) with organizational strategy.

As President of Eagle Research, Inc., she ran a highly successful nationwide executive search firm for the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries.

As an Instructor at William Paterson University, she has taught Human Resources Management, Principles of Management, Small Business Management, Entrepreneurship, Negotiations, and SHRM Essentials. She sits on the University Core Curriculum Committee where she is active in evaluating and approving courses University-wide. She is published in peer-reviewed journals on subjects such as teaching using case studies and teaching in an online environment.  She is currently contracted to publish textbook on Case Study Methodology in Higher Education.

Annette holds a BA in Biology from Hofstra University, another degree in Medical Science from Long Island University and an MBA with honors from Regis University. Before transitioning into business, she attained national certification and practiced Internal Medicine as a Physician Assistant (P.A.) in New York City area hospitals and private practices.

Annette is a semi-professional musician and can be heard in a variety of NY/NJ venues playing flute/piccolo/alto flute, alto saxophone, and clarinet.
